Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days although usually within 24 hours. Orders are not shipped on weekends or Bank Holidays. Delivery delays beyond our control can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will attempt to contact you via email or telephone.

Orders over £50.00 are subject to FREE delivery.
We also offer FREE delivery to the Special Care Baby Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire. LL18 5UJ.

We are delighted to offer Shipment and Delivery to BFPO Boxes and Military addresses provided Full Service and building details are given.
- Some UK postcodes may have extended delivery time (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland)
- Internationally delivery times may vary depending due to customs inspections in some countries
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mummy & Theo’s Little Baby Boutique Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (International/Overseas only).All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will also not be liable for any delay created by customs inspections.
Damages
Mummy and Theo’s Little Baby Boutique Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
